Fastlane delivers a new level of video excellence with the addition of the Aquilon RS2

Fastlane has a growing number of customers who require higher resolution video on increasingly larger screens. 4K digital connectivity is fast becoming the new standard in broadcast video with 8K just around the corner.  The performance of the latest projectors and custom LED walls are requiring more powerful video processing systems to handle the needs of our clients who produce major events in large venues. To meet this need, Fastlane has added the Aquilon RS2 from the LivePremier line from Analog Way. 

The Aquilon RS2 is a 4K/8K multi-screen presentation system and video-wall processor that delivers presentation experiences to high-end staging events. The RS2's biggest strength is its outputs. It provides 12 outputs of real-time 10/12-bit 4:4:4 video processing power that can be configured as a single screen, edge-blended widescreens, or scaled auxiliary outputs. The output power of this unit isn't the only strength; the RS2 comes with sixteen 4K60p inputs that can easily be swapped on-site, two dedicated multi-view outputs, and up to thirty-two assignable HD layers. 

The video features aren't the only way this processor excels. The onboard Dante audio card eliminates the need for an audio de-embedding box allowing for easy routing of audio for streaming or recording! It also travels in an industrial-grade road-ready casing with hot-swappable redundant power supplies and smart thermal management so our clients can be confident in its uninterrupted performance regardless of the venue.
